Eve Hussettes.

Have got this weird and wonderful music collection full of all bibs and bobs.
(Lots of which I actually buy and don't play for eons )

Bought all these Westwood One promo albums eons ago, and today decided to place them on the music system whilst I did boring PC stuff and whilst doing so I was amazed to hear an American Fili !!

(Westwood One are kinda like a big US radio station/company who send out these promo albums to their syndicate radio stations, who can make a radio show of a live gig or interview as though it was their original show because it's all segued and timed on their cue sheets. i.e they know when to ask questions and play songs  )

Anyway folx, the reason for this post ...

Am sure the singer in this little advert sounds so much like an American Fili or maybe I'm just usual mad ?

Don't believe me or want to argue, then click the little link below and spend about 3 seconds downloading as it only lasts about 30 seconds.

AMERICAN FILI !

Usually expect slaps from all The Hussy's at future gigs for all the crap I talk but maybe Fili will come armed If offended ?

8) Jack

P.S. And to add to the slaps or grievous Hussy's harm do I also hear an American James doing backing vox ?

I see the similarities but Fili has a bit more edge to her vocal - probably the Scottish accent coming through

Definately a wee similarity in style there, but Fili is better obviously :)

Good ears HJ!

I think the American singer is actually trying to emulate Sheryl Crow, but ended up sounding like Fili a little bit.
And the mystery chanteuse is doing her own background vox, that's not James.

Fili is a MUCH better vocalist and never sings about joining the US Army...

I agree on the first point, but the second one...I wouldn't rule anything out in The Hussy's lyrics!
