The band's twitter says the gig on wednesday will be the last for a while. Does anyone know why? It's a bit upsetting!

I have never even been to a Hussys gig and I'm upset.

Hey Hussettes!

Wouldn't get too downhearted about The Hussy's deciding to cut back on live gigs!

Even although not official, think they're just regrouping and focusing their energies into what is more productive for their limited time and financial resources?

And have heard murmurs of new The Hussy's music in 2010?

I'm sure that whatever The Hussy's decide to do, we'll always applaud them for it.

Onwards and upwards as Superman would say.

A real shame that tonight's gig at 13th Note is going to be there last gig for a while .. because it was their best gig for years! Absolutely superb, flawless performance, back to doing what they do best. The band loved it, the audience loved it, just the way it should be.
Line up now .. excellent!
Setlist .. inspired!

And like If The Hussy's don't play live again this year, I won't be too disappointed as I've already seen the best gig of 2010.

Haven't been on the forum in awhile but am still and always will be a Hussy :D

Gutted I couldn't be at last nights gig as I had to work. Even more so now I hear it's the last gig for some time :(

Hope it won't be for too long, they are too good live not to be on stage!

Wild horses won't keep me away from the next one in my area!

I have been looking at my photos from the last couple of years and I have loved every gig I have seen by the band. I think my favourite gig was the first time I saw them play at Purple Turtle Camden.
