Eve Folx !!

Always say that everything is connected and D's new band The Baltics are more of the same.

When the temperature drops below -1 degree I'm always heard to say "It's bloody baltic!"
A wee saying that only I think I utter?

Last said several times at the last the The Hussy's gig at Nice'N'Sleazy's which must've been the coldest day on planet earth that night as my ciggie fumes kept freezing and becoming stalagnites from my nose.

Heard a few of D's demos and thought them most excellent, even although as most folx here know I'm more into music with an edge (ie mental and noisey !! ) they are actually that excellent !!

Kinda know most folx here are unlike moi and into a nicer more melodic sound, so If you are click on The Baltics link and go to their MySpace and check them out as they really are quite superb and I'm sure you'll enjoy !!!!

When visiting their site please add them to your friends to give them some support and encouragement as they are new to MySpace and the world of Rock'N'Roll !!

The Hussy's and The Baltics sounds like one excellent eve !!

It was easy to ignore the fact that tonight was The Baltics first gig together, they sounded like old hands. Brilliant musicians, great songs and fab patter .. they've got a new fan here :)

Catch them live as soon as you can, you're guaranteed a great performance.

Icing on the cake was their awesome (overused word but justified this time) version of The Supernaturals 'Smile' Loved it .. and I think I can safely say James did too ;)

Thanks for a great gig guys!

Morn Folx!

On what was probably the second worst day of 2010 for bad weather,The Baltics helped make this the best gig night of 2010!

Ditto all that R said.

Particularly liked "and this is song number two" & "and this is song number four"

And The Baltics unexpected rendition of Smile was def a highlight of the eve. :)

And this was only gig No1..

If you get the chance, go see The Baltics, you won't be disappointed !

New fave band of 2010.
